- 250 g Oven Fries
- 20 g Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp Ground Salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 item Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Tenderise and season the steaks.
- Add the fries to the oven and cook according to instructions.
